Integration questions
Does the AI really answer the phone for us?
Yes. The AI receptionist answers calls around the clock in a calm, professional voice, captures the first-call details, and books the arrangement meeting. You decide what it handles, and it transfers urgent or sensitive calls to your on-call director.
Which QuickBooks editions do you support?
Both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, with a direct two-way sync of invoices, payments, and customer records. There are no intermediary files to export and re-import.
Do you connect to my state EDRS?
Where the connection is available for your state, you can send death certificate details from the case instead of re-keying them into a separate portal. State support varies, so we will confirm your state on the demo.
Can I take insurance assignments and preneed funding?
Yes. You can submit at-need life insurance assignments to funders like C&J Financial and Express Funeral Funding, and match preneed contracts to their carriers as they convert to at-need.
Can I import from my current software?
Yes. You can import cases, contacts, and price lists from CSV, our team helps map and load your records during onboarding, and an open API and Zapier let you connect your own tools.
