Pet aftercare is one of the fastest-growing parts of deathcare, and many funeral homes now offer it alongside their human services. We are building pet cremation support into FuneralHQ: owner and pet records, cremation authorizations, and billing, designed with firms that run this work every week. It is in development, and this page says so plainly.

What we are building
The design goal is simple: pet work deserves the same connected record as the rest of the building, without pretending a pet case is a human case.

The design records the owner, the pet, the referring clinic if there is one, and the type of cremation requested, as its own kind of case rather than a human case with the labels changed.

Authorizations signed from home
FuneralHQ e-signature is live today, and the pet design uses it: the cremation authorization goes out as a secure signing link and the signed copy stores with the record.

Payment against the case
Payment links and payment plans are live today, and pet billing is being designed to post against the pet case the same way.

Books that stay clean
Invoices and payments sync to QuickBooks Online today, and pet service billing is being designed to flow the same way, without retyping.

Common questions
Is pet cremation support live in FuneralHQ today?
Not yet. It is in development. The e-signature, payments, and QuickBooks Online foundations it builds on are live, but dedicated pet cases are not, and we would rather say so than sell a menu item that does not exist.
